Agneta Green is Magnus’ extended register of taste. She creates the winelist in order to respond to the clang of taste coming from the kitchen. As a result the guest will find true characters from the personality gallery of wines, rather than the bragging vintages of Bordeaux.
Agneta’s choice of wines is organic, preferably those from smaller producers who keep a constant and high quality. The famous wineries are also represented though.
In spite of the extent of the winelist it doesn’t follow the expected trends but Agneta’s own aiming.
Among her favourite grapes you will find Syrah and Chenin blanc which indicates the frequency of French wines at Oaxen.
