"... Is served here in Sweden perhaps the best food. Oaxen is the downside to to be visited by Michelin testers, therefore lacking a well-deserved star - or why not two?
The kitchen is at once experimental and firmly anchored in the regional agricultural tradition. Truffle Pig may be served with pear puree and four crossed fries, but probably will by domta farm outside Enköping.
